Step One: Contact Us

This is by far the easiest step. Give us a call or shoot us an email and let us know what you’re thinking about. Do you already have your specs defined or do you need some expert engineering advice to turn your sketch into the solution you need? Either way, Anderson Industries has you covered.

Once we know a little more about your situation, we can move on to the next step.

Step Two: Proposal

After we discuss what you’re looking for, we set to work coming up with a price estimate including labor, materials and quantity.

Step Three: Design

If you need any assistance with engineering, you’ll find it during step three. Anderson Industries uses professional rendering and engineering equipment to design and test the products it makes.

Step Four: Production Schedule

Anderson Industries runs its manufacturing division like one of its well-oiled machines. Our aim is to be as streamlined as possible to reduce costs and get you the products you need as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Step Five: Production

With the plans in stone and your project in queue, it’s time to fire up our equipment and get your project rolling.

Step Six: Inspection

Whether your need a single prototype or a thousands widgets, Anderson Industries wants you to be completely satisfied with its products. Anderson Industries follows the latest in LEAN manufacturing and quality control. If a first article inspection is required you will have the opportunity to review our work and make any requests for improvements. Major adjustments may require a change order, but if the approved plan is solid, this isn’t likely.

Step Seven: Delivery

The last step of production is to package your product and get it ready to move. Delivery varies on a number of factors such as quantity, size and proximity to Anderson Industries. But regardless of where it needs to go or how it needs to get there, Anderson Industries will work with you to find the best delivery option.
