Laser/Plasma Cutting

Our plasma cutter is capable of cutting up to 6 inches of solid steel, while our lasers with automatic plate loading systems cut up to 3/4 inch. The automated process lets us cut several shapes out of a single sheet of steel with pinpoint accuracy and a high level of efficiency. Clean cuts and multiple shapes from a single sheet reduce labor and increase workflow productivity.

CNC Milling

Anderson Industries uses CNC Milling machines for better efficiency, accuracy and control. Our machine has 30 interchangeable tools for endless milling capabilities. This machine is able to swap out tools mid-program to create a single piece that’s ready for the next step. Because pieces are milled individually, we can control how many pieces are needed and create a smooth production chain.

Robot Welding

Anderson Industries uses a robot welder for fast, repetitive welds. Our robot can be programmed to perform a number of weld functions and is capable of welding in tight conditions which may be difficult for a person to reach.

Turning

Our CNC lathes set up with automatic bar-feeders are capable of producing many specialized turned parts. Utilizing this technology lets us produce at high speeds while maintaining extreme accuracy.

3D Machining

Anderson Industries uses 3D machining to sculpt a variety of complex parts. By utilizing 3D machining we are capable of reducing part cycle times, in turn, lower customer costs. This technology gives us the capability to produce extremely complicated parts which are not possible to manufacture by standard processes.

Powder Coating

Our automated powder coating line capabilities allow us to deliver finished products of the highest quality to our customers.
